Rk61 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before registering or using any rk61 services. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, logging in, or using any part of the rk61 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines that may be published from time to time.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use the rk61 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be considered acceptance of those changes. rk61 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time with reasonable notice provided through the platform.
This platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By using the rk61 platform, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on rk61. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. rk61 will never request your password, OTP, or any other sensitive information via email, chat, or third-party platforms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, unless you have promptly reported a security breach to us.
Users are responsible for:
- Keeping your profile information accurate and up to date.
- Not sharing your login credentials with any other party.
- Notifying rk61 immediately upon any unauthorised access to their account.
- Complying with all platform usage rules set out in this document.
3. Platform Usage Rules
Users of the rk61 platform are required to comply with all stated usage rules. Any violation may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure, depending on the severity of the breach.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rk61 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or any other method to exploit the gaming system.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation, or collusion with other users.
- Using another person's account or registering on someone else's behalf without authorisation.
- Engaging in money laundering or any transactions linked to illegal activities.
- Distributing offensive, seditious, or unlawful content through the platform in violation of Malaysian law.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or manipulate the platform's systems or data.
Rk61 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities.
4. Payment, Transaction & Currency Information
All transactions on the rk61 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that their chosen payment method is valid, registered in their own name, and has sufficient funds or credit limit before making any deposit.
Rk61 supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods, including TNG eWallet, online banking via FPX, and direct bank transfers. Deposits are typically credited to your account within the timeframe stated for each payment method. Any delays caused by third-party issues — such as banks or payment service providers — are beyond rk61's control.
Regarding withdrawals:
- First-time withdrawals require successful identity verification before they can be processed.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name.
- Rk61 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal processing for accounts that are under investigation or that show suspicious activity.
- Any transaction fees charged by banks or payment service providers are the responsibility of the user.
Rk61 is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect bank account details provided by the user during the withdrawal process.
5. Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
Rk61 makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and rk61 is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of — or inability to use — the platform, including losses resulting from technical disruptions, data corruption, or unauthorised third-party access beyond rk61's reasonable control.
Account Suspension & Closure
Rk61 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for the following reasons: breach of terms of use, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or upon request by the relevant authorities. In cases of closure due to a user's own breach, any remaining account balance may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, brand names, software, and visual elements on the rk61 platform are the exclusive property of rk61 or its relevant licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of these elements for commercial purposes without prior written consent from rk61.
Third-Party Links
The rk61 platform may contain references to third-party services or content. rk61 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Users access these links at their own risk.
6. Amendments to Terms & Governing Law
Rk61 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via an in-platform notice or to their registered email address. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia, unless both parties agree to an alternative dispute resolution method.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be interpreted to the fullest extent possible to reflect the original intent of the parties, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
